Sending Reiki to Mother Earth: Heal the World Meditation

This meditation can be performed in a group sitting in a circle, while one person reads out this healing meditation's procedure in a soothing relaxed manner. This person should not hurry through with the instructions as he reads them aloud, but should pause in appropriate places for 1-2 minutes or so, so as to give time to the meditators to visualize in accordance with the instructions.

Meditation Procedure

1. Mentally request Reiki to send you the Divine Reiki Light (DRL) (Do not specify any colour).
2. Intend and visualize that the DRL is entering your crown chakra from above and comes down through the third eye and throat chakras to your heart chakra.
3. Project the Divine Reiki Light (DRL) out from your front heart chakra in a cone-like fashion, like a flashlight beam and completely outside your aura in front to form a circle of light about half a meter (two feet) in diameter to cover Mother Earth and all it's inhabitants. The earth visualized is a symbol and is small in size so as to be covered by the DRL.
4. Intend and visualize that Mother Earth, the size and shape of an orange is floating in space... the colours are dull and not so clear, but as the DRL covers the planet and begins to heal it, this changes.
5. Hold up your hands with palms facing outwards in the mudra of blessing, and intend that Reiki should also flow from your hands to heal and envelop Mother Earth. AS you do this, mentally thank Reiki, and intend: "Reiki please make Mother Earth healed whole and complete, so it is, thank you, Thy will be done".
6. Intend and visualize that the following takes place as you are hearing this:
• The air of the planet is becoming clear and pure...
• The water everywhere is bright and sparkling fresh...
• All the plant-life and forests re-generate and cover the planel thickly... Many valuable plants and herbs appear in order to benefit mankind.
• The animals, fish, birds, insects, bees, butterflies, all live in abundance, receiving their share of resources from the planet so that they also peacefully evolve to their next higher level.
• The people of all nations are less tense and less anxious... see them smiling, relaxing....
• The planet is being looked after and cared for by the people who live on it... all the natural resources of the planet are available in abundance.... pollution and negative energies have dissolved, healed.
• See your country as full of abundance... all the people are happy, prosperous, joyous.
• See yourself in your home with your family, the near and dear ones... if there are any issues you need to sort out with them, see it being healed... say and do whatever you need in order to heal yourself and them.... forgive yourself for your past... let go of it and see all the issues resolved as you express your love for them and also receive their love.
• If there are any family members or dear ones who are no longer with us in their bodily form, recall them as you last remember them, or by their names... do and say to them whatever you need to, to heal your relationship and to complete with them whatever is unfinished... experience this now.... see yourself and them ... all healed and whole.
• As the healing energies flow through you to them more and more, you too receive the healing more and more... becoming full with this... healed.... happy, satisfied... forgive yourse;f for your past... for whatever wrongs you may have done. allow the Divine Reiki Light towash over you-- healing, soothing, loving yourself as you are, unconditionally.
• See your friends and others, faces known and unknown, all around..... let them also be healed... see this happening now.... as you see this become aware of those who have not been so nice or good to you... who may have been actually damaging, harmful or even enemies... see them around you... as the unconditionally loving Divine Reiki Light heals them as well , you realize that something within you becomes lighter and lighter... experience how unburdened you feel when this letting go of pain and blaming takes place... experience this healing deeply now.
• Allow your awareness to go to your work or your occupation... healing it.... See your life as you would like it to be ... successful, full of an abundance of health, wealth and joy.
• And now see the whole of the country happy where no one lacks the basic needs for a peaceful and productive life. Experience this... it expands to the whole world. The whole world is healed, and so it is.
• Mentally declare: "Mother Earth... and all those who appeared for this healing... are healed whole and complete... So it is, thank you Reiki, Thy will be done." Then request the Divine Reiki Light: "Please be with Reiki, thank you."
• Lightly rub the palms of your hands together and gently draw therm across your face. OPen your eyes. This completes the healing.
7. It is highly recommended that you send heaking to the whole world this way everyday. As you do it, you will, increase your healing capacity and also do a wonderful wide-ranging public service of the best sort.
